Elected in May 2026 through the NANS CPC digital platform, marking a historic leap in transparent union elections. His administration has already led solidarity walks demanding the release of abducted students in Ogbomosho, asserted institutional independence against political co-optation, and worked to expand NELFUND access (which has disbursed over ₦2.9 billion to thousands of students in 2026).
